Job Description

As a Sales Agent at Yoomi Beauty Ltd, you’ll play a key role in supporting our e-commerce operations, customer relationships, and supplier coordination. You will be the connection between our UK-based brand team, international manufacturing partners, and a growing customer base across retail and training services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, provide expert advice on products, and recommend suitable beauty solutions.

  • Quote prices, arrange payment terms, delivery, and ensure smooth transactions with customer satisfaction at the core.

  • Conduct follow-ups to resolve queries, address complaints, and secure repeat business or referrals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and customer preferences to make informed recommendations.

  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and ensure all customer interactions are properly documented.

  • Identify and liaise with potential suppliers in East Asia to source new product lines. Evaluate quality, negotiate terms, and ensure product-market fit.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, fulfilment, training) to align sales efforts with broader business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sales, purchasing, or commercial role, ideally within beauty, e-commerce, or retail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in advising customers and managing external supplier relationships.

  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong commercial awareness.

  • Familiarity with product sourcing and supply chain processes; prior experience working with East Asian suppliers is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean) are a strong advantage.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; comfortable using digital tools and maintaining accurate records.

Job Description

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy: identifying new opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and unlocking revenue across retail, wholesale, and digital channels. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to scale our brand presence, drive market share, and elevate our positioning in the lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B opportunities with retailers, distributors, and brand partners (UK and international).

  • Develop and execute a scalable business development strategy aligned with growth goals.

  • Build long-term relationships with external stakeholders, negotiating contracts and closing high-impact deals.

  • Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling pitches and tailored proposals.

  • Attend trade shows, pop-ups, and industry events to represent the brand and build brand awareness.

  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a business development, partnerships, or commercial role—ideally within a lifestyle, fashion, homeware, or wellness brand.

  • A strong commercial acumen with proven ability to close deals and grow revenue.

  • Passion for lifestyle products, design, and branding.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

From nail and beauty accessories to fashion, our collections are thoughtfully curated to help our audience live with more style, balance, and intention. We’re now looking for a Marketing Intern to join our creative team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in brand marketing, content creation, social media, events, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

  • Assisting with content creation on Instagram, Red, TikTok and our website.

  • Scheduling and posting on our social media channels.

  • Helping coordinate influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.

  • Supporting the team with market and trend research.

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and launches.

  • Tracking campaign performance and compiling data for internal reports.

What We're Looking For

  • A keen eye for design, trends, and what’s happening on social media.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
