Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Communications & Public Relations Manager to be the chief storyteller and guardian of our brand reputation. You will plan, organise, and coordinate all activities that promote the image and understanding of Yoomi Beauty to our consumers, business clients, and the wider public. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our growth, directly supporting our expansion in e-commerce, live commerce, and the corporate gifting market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Discuss business strategy, new product lines (including corporate gifts and collections), and target audiences with the Director to identify and define our core public relations requirements and narratives.

  • Content Creation & Distribution: Write, edit, and arrange for the effective distribution of engaging press releases, newsletters, social media content, and other PR material that tells our brand story across all channels.

  • Brand Advocacy & Engagement: Address individuals, clients, and target groups through presentations, live-stream hosting, media interactions, and events to consistently enhance the public image and prestige of Yoomi Beauty.

  • Live Commerce Strategy: Plan and host live-streaming events that align with brand strategy, enhancing audience engagement and conversion.

  • Corporate Communications: Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and communication materials for corporate gifting clients to articulate brand value and secure partnerships.

  • Performance Analysis: Develop and implement tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of all PR exercises and campaigns, using insights to guide our strategy.

What We're Looking For (Essential)

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a PR or communications role, with a portfolio that shows your ability to execute the key tasks listed above.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into compelling communication plans.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience or a strong interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.

  • Understanding of live-stream commerce and digital content creation.

  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Job Description

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy: identifying new opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and unlocking revenue across retail, wholesale, and digital channels. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to scale our brand presence, drive market share, and elevate our positioning in the lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new B2B opportunities with retailers, distributors, and brand partners (UK and international).

  • Develop and execute a scalable business development strategy aligned with growth goals.

  • Build long-term relationships with external stakeholders, negotiating contracts and closing high-impact deals.

  • Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling pitches and tailored proposals.

  • Attend trade shows, pop-ups, and industry events to represent the brand and build brand awareness.

  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a business development, partnerships, or commercial role—ideally within a lifestyle, fashion, homeware, or wellness brand.

  • A strong commercial acumen with proven ability to close deals and grow revenue.

  • Passion for lifestyle products, design, and branding.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales tools, and data dashboards.

From nail and beauty accessories to fashion, our collections are thoughtfully curated to help our audience live with more style, balance, and intention. We’re now looking for a Marketing Intern to join our creative team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in brand marketing, content creation, social media, events, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

  • Assisting with content creation on Instagram, Red, TikTok and our website.

  • Scheduling and posting on our social media channels.

  • Helping coordinate influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.

  • Supporting the team with market and trend research.

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and launches.

  • Tracking campaign performance and compiling data for internal reports.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for lifestyle, fashion, wellness, or homeware brands.

  • A keen eye for design, trends, and what’s happening on social media.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. – bonus points for Adobe or video editing tools!).

  • A self-starter with great time management and organisational skills.

  • Enthusiastic, creative, and ready to learn.
